Brenda Primero is a Nationally Certified Nurse Practitioner with Family and Psychiatric Specialty. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science at Nevada State College, Nevada. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing for Family Practice and Mental Health at Charles Drew University, California. She holds a National Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses Association. She was inducted to the Nursing Honors Society in 2017 during her Master’s Program. In addition, she holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Humanities and a Master’s of Business Administration. She has an extensive Mental Health background in various roles and settings throughout her career including, In-Patient, Out Patient, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Intensive Outpatient Programs. She has worked with child, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and military populations for Mental Health. She has practiced as a primary care provider. Her nursing medical experience includes mental health, medical surgical, intermediate care, long-term acute care and emergency nursing.
